TB Joshua: YOU CAME, SAW, AND CONQUERED- Solomon Dalung Pens Glowing Tribute

Former sport MInister, Solomon Dalung has penned glowing tributes Over the death of Prophet TB Joshua.
Solomon Dalung expressed sadness over the demise of the internationally acclaimed Prophet, TB Joshua. He revealed his encounter with TB Joshua.
Prophet TB Joshua, The news of your home calling came to me with mixed feelings as a believer. Spiritually, I was comforted that you have concluded your mission and called to glory but humanly it was sad news.
Man of God, I never knew you from Adam and was not an apology of your style of preaching, but when I was appointed as Minister of Youth and Sports Development, you invited me barely three months into office. I received the invitation with skepticism. However, I honoured it. On arrival, I was well received into your private family living room. After a while, you emerged from your room to joined me. I couldn’t reconcile my perceptions with the impression of your personality. You were humble, simple, and amazing.
After the exchange of pleasantries, you told me that when you watched me inaugurated in khaki and red beret, you screamed that another scammer had been appointed as Sports’s Minister. Shortly after that, the media started attacking me left, right and center even when I have not settled down. Then you said God told you that you should invite me because I am a good man who meant well for Nigerian sports. You also told me that President Buhari meant well for the country, he is also honest and a man of Integrity. You encouraged me to continue to stand with the President, support him, and remain loyal to him.
You ended up the engagement with the following prophecies:
1. “The President was going to resist the devaluation of the Naira but undue political pressure was going to compel him to succumb,
2. The President was going to face serious health challenges to the extent that many may lose hope but he will survive it and emerge out of it stronger,
3. The President has a genuine interest in the country but his political enemies will frustrate him from realizing his well-intended mission,
4. The enemies of the President have constructed a cage which they intend to push him into it and lock. We must do everything possible to resist it because if we allowed it to happen, Nigeria will be in big trouble”
I was scared with these prophecies, I then asked you what then do we do? You responded to me that we should continue to pray for the President. You were generous to me, my accompanying aides, and my security details. We left your house late in the night full of amazement.
When the devaluation of the Naira economic crisis started, you invited me to your house and reinforced your prophecy which came to pass. And when the President took ill and was flown out of the Country you invited me again but this time assured me that he was going to get out of it stronger. You asked me to organize people to pray for the President, which of course I did.
Our relationship kept growing stronger every day until your final call to heaven. You were so kind, charitable, and exceptionally generous to me and humanity. Your passion for sports is justified by the level of investment you made into this sector. At any given opportunity you were there to assist whether personally or supporting sports program.
Your encouragements, support, counsel, advice, and reprimand contributed enormously to my success as a Minister. You were a charismatic spiritual father whose ambition was to practically preach and touch the lives of the common people in accordance with the great commission. While others are preaching prosperity, you were focused on the well-being of the people.
You exemplified Christ in everything you did, everywhere you went you left an indelible impact on the lives of the people. Your peaceful passage, Prophet TB Joshua, after service on the mountain left me with the greatest consolation especially your last words, “there’s time for everything, a time to come to church and time to go home after service, so watch and pray”…….
Continue to rest in the bosom of the Lord until we meet to part no more, Prophet TB Joshua.
Adieu, man of God, Prophet TB Joshua, you came to this sinful world, saw everything and you conquered. Good night my dear brother.
