THE STATE OF OGUN UNDER GOVERNOR IBIKUNLE AMOSUN – By Westo Adekunle Adejumo

No doubt lies the fact that, virtually all the sectors under this current dispensation of Governor Ibikunle Amosun of Ogun state have experienced setback. Without taking too much time, one will agree with me that;

– ON EDUCATION: Our tertiary institutions remain grossly underfunded and tuition fee is out of reach of majority of Ogun state students.

– ON HEALTH CARE: Our Heath care system is nearing collapse. The people of Ogun state are dying of preventable and treatable diseases.

– ON OPPORTUNITIES: most of our youths still remain unemployed despite the huge resources at the disposal of a state like Ogun state.

– ON DEVELOPMENT: Our economy is so poorly managed that the children of Ogun state are not guaranteed a better life than that of their parents.

Unfortunately, things were not this porous before the installation of our shadow apostles of change currently governing the Ogun state. We cannot just continue this way!

All that could be seen and recorded under the present rule of Governor Ibikunle Amosun are uncompleted roads expansion across the state, and colouration that has not brought any food on the table of a common man. Sincerely, we must change this fake change in Ogun state.

The Vision of Baba Awolowo for Nigeria, especially Ogun state is not what the fake Awoists of today are acting on. Nigeria, especially Ogun state needs a true Awoist that can touch the live of the people positively. Ogun state deserves better. #Westo Adekunle Adejumo reporting from PLF.
