Why Kizz Daniel Is the Rave Of The Moment

Arguably, Oluwatobiloba Daniel Anidugbe, known by his stage name Kizz Daniel is the rave of the moment in the Nigerian entertainment industry with his trending song “Buga”. He is popular for his singles “woju” and “yeba”. He was once a member of G-worldwide, where he signed a record deal with the label, but left due to a contract dispute between him and the label. The incident led him to creating his ownin 2017, known as Fly Boy Inc. record label.
Kizz Daniel was born in Abeokuta, Ogun State, Nigeria. He hails from the North local government area of the capital. His education was basically in Abeokuta has he attended Ogun International Montessori Nursery and Primary school, and Abeokuta Grammar School for his secondary education, both in Abeokuta, Ogun State. He then graduated from Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta, in 2013, where he studied Water Engineering. He was pursuing his music career alongside his studies in the university.
He released his first single titled “shoye” under G-worldwide record label in 2014, but the song that was known to bring him into limelight was when he released his single titled “woju”. He has sung lots of songs and has featured other Nigerian artiste in his songs.
In 2022, Kizz Daniel in conjunction with Tekno released a song titled “buga”. As at May 2022, “buga” was Apple’s number one song across 13 African countries, they are: Nigeria, Ghana, Cameroun, Chad, Sierra Leone, Liberia, Benin, Guinea-Bissau, Tanzania, Uganda, Namibia, Gambia & Malawi. The director of the music video T.G Omori confirmed that the amount spent to produce the video was N31 million. As at the time of this report, the music video has over 17 million views on YouTube.
He has two albums so far titled new era and No bad songz respectively.
