Yaba Baptist Church, Lagos on Friday, 26th of January was definitely a place to be as two great events took place over night at the church premises. It happened to be a night when they held their ‘Night of Wonders’ and also a moment when they Premiered the latest Movie of the Mount Zion’s stable titled ‘Abejoye’.
The Movie is one that caught the attention of many at the church, judging by its quality actors and actresses, beautiful locations, Great story line, the comics and above all, the rare massage it passed.
The Movie bothered on what Christians face in their marriages today and also taught on how Christian marriages can be sustained and even at all crisis arise, it taught on how it can be managed.
It got the audience eye’s glued to the screen and the body glued to their chairs as it was a very rare moment. The height of it all was the character of Mike Bamiloye in the Movie. He played the role of a king maker and idolater, and at a time in the movie, he combined bible and diety together to cause someone believed to be responsible for the set backs he had. It’s definitely a movie that is worth watching.
Speaking with several individuals including the Residing Pastor of the church, Rev. Sam Oluniyi and those who were present, they expressed their joy and happiness to have been opportune to watch this great movie from the stable of the Mount Zion
The ‘Night of wonders’ also was nothing less than expected, several ministers of God came on stage to worship God In songs, instruments, praises, prayers. The time spent was definitely worth it as it was filled with the things of God.
