This service will be delivered throughthe Zeno mobile app.Zeno bus service is a schedule based system that is both time-based and route-based – a 7 ambus leaves exactly by 7 am and heads straight to its destination. It runs via a network ofprivate loading bays all across the city of Lagos. Schedules are available daily for users tobook and secure their seats in a bus ride. Our private loading bays have been carefully selected along existing paths to the traditionalbus stops. Whilst it immediately shields users and the buses from the harassments and hustleat the traditional bus stops, they are easily located as directions to them are available in theapp when a booking is made. The bus service runs two lines; a blue line with no stops inbetween and a red line that has only two stops. These stops are simply drop-off points.A key feature of the Zeno app is FDT (Fixed Daily Transit). This allows users with fixeddaily transit pattern to pre-book and schedule their rides ahead of time, saving them the lastminute rush of trying to book or completely missing a trip because it was fully booked. Withthis feature, users get a reminder 15 minutes before pick-up time to either confirm or canceltheir booking. Payment is completely cashless; you can pay in-app via your cards or bypurchasing a voucher online. The Zeno app has an SOS button on the user and driver apps respectively that can be activatedwhen in danger. This allows the business to intervene immediately if there is an issue of concernand can be further escalated to the nearest security agency if need be. Also, there is real-timevideo surveillance in the buses to capture events as they happen.Zeno buses are fully air-conditioned and comfortable. Needless to say, the affordability thatcomes with the shared system is unmatched. Those who wronged you may never say “I’m sorry” – Prudent Ludidi

Those who wronged you may never say “I’m sorry” – Prudent Ludidi

Ladies and gentlemen,

Today, I want to talk about something that can be difficult to accept, those who wronged you may never say “I’m sorry.”

Those who wronged you may never say "I'm sorry" - Prudent Ludidi

We’ve all been hurt by someone at some point in our lives. And often, we hold onto that hurt, and hope in waiting for the person who wronged us to acknowledge their mistake and apologize.

But the truth is, that apology may never come.

It’s hard to accept because we feel like we deserve closure. We deserve to hear that the person who hurt us regrets their actions.

But closure is not something someone else gives you. Closure is something you give yourself.

You have the power to choose:

Choose to heal, even if they never acknowledge their wrongdoing
Choose to move forward, even if they never make amends

Forgiveness doesn’t mean forgetting what happened. Forgiveness means releasing the hold that person has on you.

Forgiveness means taking back control of your life.

You don’t need someone else’s apology to move on. You don’t need someone else’s validation to heal.

You are strong enough to do it on your own.

And when you do, you’ll find peace. You’ll find freedom.

Remember, holding onto anger and resentment only hurts you. It doesn’t change the past.

But forgiveness can change your future.

So, don’t wait for someone else to say “I’m sorry.” Say it to yourself: “I’m sorry that happened to me, but I’m moving forward.”

Say it loud and clear: “I deserve to heal. I deserve to be happy.”

Take back your power. Take back your life.

Move forward with courage and faith.

You got this.
