Sahara Weekly Reports That The Lagos state government has been alleged to have fraudulently acquired piece and  parcel of land situate at along Lagos/Epe experessway opposite Alaun town via Eleko Ibeju Lekki Local government area belong to Redline properties Limited.

The piece and  parcel of land was said to have belong originally to Mr.Femi Romiluyi and Mrs. Abisola Romiluyi (THE ASSIGNORS)the land which measuring approximately 3,988.399 SQ MTS,the Deed of Assignment was dated 30th August 2018,while a certificate of occupancy(C of O) was dated 5th june 2016 and registered as No.56 at page 56 in volume 2016E of the Lands Registry in the office at Alausa, ikeja Lagos state.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The Land was said to have cost Redline properties Limited one hundred and twenty millon naira (N120,000,000:00),suddenly , the land was being occupied illegally and whatever have been erected on the land were destroyed by TAJ-KAL VENTURES who claimed to have Government backing to grab the land.

REDLINE became worried which led them to Lagos state permanent Secretary – Mr. Bode Agoro, Bode Agoro. Mr Agoro queried  whether the regularization has been done, which the answer was affirmative and the document evidence was promptly presented. The survey plan No is FSC/LA/1595/103/2007 and dated 30th October 2007,Location is LAGOS/EPE EXPRESS WAY,OPP.ALAUN TOWN VIA ELEKO and the size of the land is 3,988.339 square meters,the regularization document was signed by T.O. Adenuga,Director of Land regularization.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

REDLINE has sent petitions to all the offices handling land matters and all directed us back to Bode Agoro to do the needful by calling off this land grabbers.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Also we have all evidence that will not be good for the Government when the public sees what is going on, we have conducted our investigations on Taj Kal venture and the links between thr company and ministry of lands, Lagos state .

Their action to grab 14,000 hectares of land where lots of people has c of o and Regularisation. This is causing chaos in that region already which may soon escalates.

With all these evidence of ownership, how on earth could another set of people illegally occupy the Land, the Permanent Secretary Land Mr.Bode Agoro was quoted to have said that the land was acquired by government but the construction was going on in the mid-night everyday according to the investigation which shows that the land was illegally given to a powerful , untouchable and fraudulent individual.

The owners of Redline properties Limited are calling on governor Babajide Olusola Sanwo-olu to wade into the matter before it gets out of hand, as we are in electioneering atmosphere so that fraudulent people will not tarnish the image of his government.

The Redline properties limited owner are calling on all well meaning Nigerians for the intervention in getting their land back from this unscrupulous element.

According to reports, the killer policeman, Inspector Taofeek who was one of the policemen attached to Skymall Supermarket located in Sangotedo, Ajah area of Lagos State, stabbed Chinemerem to death and took to his heels after committing what’s clearly a premeditated murder.

According to reports, the fleeing policeman has been arrested and in custody according to the statement released by the Lagos Police Command. The sad incident which occurred a few days ago has sparked an outrage among members of the public who are demanding justice for Chinemerem. It would be recalled that police brutality led to the massive ENDSARS protest across the country a few years ago. Apparently, nothing much has changed since then, the latest murder of an innocent man by Inspector Taofeek is a reminder of the brutality embedded in the Nigerian Police Force.

 

 

In order to forestall another avoidable death, Nigerians are calling for swift investigation and prompt prosecution of Inspector Taofeek.

A total of 300,000 households are expected to benefit from the inaugural program.
