Foluke daramola & Hubby Throw Wedding Anniversary Shindig
Drums of celebration are currently beating their loudest in the abode of Busty Nollywood actress Foluke Daramola and her husband Niyi Salako, not only did she mark another year on earth, the actress and her husband are also celebrating their second wedding anniversary which also happens to fall on Foluke’s birthday, February 15th.
The couple feted colleagues and friends to a two- in – one shindig at their Omole Resident, clearly Foluke is popular with her colleagues as it was a star studded celebration, the likes of Fathia Balogun, Bisi Ibidapo Obey, Laide Bakare, amongst others.
The excited husband took to social media to lavish praises on his wife, also recalling the rocky start to their marriage:
“It is exactly 2 meritorious and challenging years I have lived with her. Exactly on that occasion of Wednesday, February 15, 2012, I took that bold and delicate decision to start another journey of life time with her, knowing full well it is all about God and our destiny.
Though Very noisily controversial and image desecrating in all its description , yet God has been faithful for our survival. Then, almost 3/4 of the world did not believe we were convinced about it. So, tongues and condemnation wagged.
Some even said it cannot last for more than 6 months.But in all, we kept to that conviction that we are meant for each other and that we could sustain it. It is exactly two years today and graciously our conviction is still as solid and fresh as ever. And Folu still remains my buxom wife.
Foluke is a woman with a pure heart; lovely, kind and straight forward to a fault. She is intelligent, strong and bold, though could be extremely stubborn and daring sometimes.A woman who loves to be associated with value, principle and integrity. Very contented and pragmatic. She loves to associate with anything that has to do with hard-work and education.
She is a perfect lover, a fanatic cook, who can sacrifice anything for the total well-being of her home, marriage and happiness. Foluke, I have lived with has proved it to me that there are still some celebrities, who cherish marriage and can sacrifice everything to keep their homes.
In two years, Foluke has been that type of a woman. She is a real mother and a wife, who deserves every best wishes on the occasion of her birthday and wedding anniversary. Folu is simply my own definition of who a vituous woman should be. From the bottom of my heart, I wish Foluke, my darling wife, the best of all she deserves from life. There’s a hot gossip in town involving an alleged secret romance between star Fuji musician, Abass Akande Obesere and UK based popular talkshow host, Oluyinka Ayanda a.k.a. Yinka TNT.
According to insiders, friends of Obesere are worried about the potential consequences of the alleged secret affair for his marriage; the associated scandal, heartbreak and the impact on his reputation as his wife was already in the know and reportedly spoiling for a showdown.
Sources said the clandestine nature of the saga makes it difficult to know how long their affair has been going on and how often the lovebirds meet or interact.
Speaking on the rumour, an ally of Yinka who didn’t want to be named for confidential reasons, said “it is not impossible”, adding that though it wasn’t a public topic yet.
“A single lady romancing a married man is part of socializing, especially if both of them have always known and supportive of each other,” the source quipped.
Yinka is a single, career woman with kids while Obesere is married. Thus, a close relationship between such high-profile celebrities who interestingly are also showbiz aficionados, is bound to attract intense media attention and public speculation.
Calls made to both Yinka and Obesere to confirm the authenticity of this information went unanswered while text messages sent to their known mobile telephone numbers were not replied as at press time.
