79 YEARS OF GOD’S FAITHFULNESS

Marathon Messiah’s Praise was born from a desire to gather men from all walks of life and different nations to celebrate God over the life of our dear Daddy G.O. and to engineer a new dispensation of praise.
From the inception of Marathon Messiah’s Praise in 2012 to the 9th edition in 2020, there has been an overwhelming amount of testimonies and positive reviews; an evidence that Christ alone is glorified.

said during a zoom conference that indeed, Marathon Messiah’s Praise has received nothing but God’s mercy and this year, she hosts her 10th edition in 30 countries, Nigeria being the host country.
All these springing up from acknowledging God’s faithfulness in the life of our icon, who recently celebrated 40 years as the General Overseer of the REDEEMED CHRISTIAN CHURCH OF
GOD: PASTOR E.A. ADEBOYE.
According to him,Marathon Messiah’s Praise is a globally renowned interdenominational gospel musical event of non-stop praises, worship and prayers. It is a specific number of hours where sons and daughters of God come together to appreciate God’s mercy and faithfulness to the world.
The number of hours are very significant as they symbolize the number of years Pastor E.A.Adeboye has spent on earth.
The first edition of Marathon Messiah’s Praise was held in 2012 when Daddy clocked 70 years.
This year, we are celebrating 79 years of amazing grace in his life while also marking 10 years of success, abundance and all-round progress of Marathon Messiah’s Praise.
This 10th edition is themed: BEHOLD THE KING. It is scheduled to hold from 1st to 4th March, 2021 in 30
countries across six continents.
Over the years, the event has witnessed stupendous growth in scope, impact and reach. There was growth in the number of participants, and the venue changed from the Youth Centre to the Prayer Foyer, New Auditorium,Shimawa to accommodate the increase last year.
Participating countries also leapt from 4 countries in 2014 to 30 in 2021. Marathon Messiah’s Praise has also
increased its influence from music to include prayers, evangelism and CSR.
Important Details about the 10th edition of this event, 79 Hours Marathon Messiah’s Praise Countries that will be participating this year include Nigeria, United States of America,
Canada, England, Australia, Spain, Scotland, United Arab Emirates, Cameroon, Kenya,Netherlands, Sweden, Malaysia, South Africa, Ireland, Ukraine, Brazil, Israel, Zambia,Ghana and New Zealand.

79 Hours Marathon Messiah’s Praise holds between 8am GMT+1 Monday, 1st March and 3pm GMT+1 Thursday, 4th March, 2021 at the Prayer Foyer of the 3/3 Auditorium, Redemption Camp, Lagos, Nigeria.
He added that this year, over 150 Worship ministers and choral groups will be ministering across the 30 participating Countries.
“TEAM SOTERIA ,was launched at the 8th edition of the programme in 2019 (77 hours Marathon Messiah’s Praise), and it has since become a major arm of Marathon Messiah’s Praise where we have people gather to pray before and during the event,he said.
They also go out on evangelism while the programme is on. As part of this year’s edition the team will be available for prayer and counselling with a dedicated call-in line for the general public.
There will be one stream which will fully cover both Nigerian and other countries. The single stream can be watched on Dove TV, RTM, X2D. It is undeniable that Prophet Israel Oladele Ogundipe, fondly referred to as Genesis, hosts an annual Adults Harvest that has become a prominent event, characterized by numerous funfairs and jamborees from the Friday Hallel Night of Praise to the Sunday Harvest of New Dimension Thanksgiving.
Evidently, no harvest has ever been planned in this manner in the history of the CCC Lagos chapter, as Prophet Israel Oladele Ogundipe has redefined and transformed the doctrine of harvest of CCC through his divine wisdom with his Genesis Global family.
As of the time of filing this report, Prophet Genesis’ media aide, Oluwaseun Fabiyi, has confirmed that all hotels within the Dalemo, Alakuko, Abule Egba to Sango Otta axis have been fully booked due to the arrival of dignitaries from the United States of America, the United Kingdom, France, Israel, Abuja, Port Harcourt, Ondo, Ekiti, Kano, and Kaduna, who have come to celebrate with the prophet of God, resulting in potential difficulties for Lagosians seeking hotel accommodations.
A glimpse from the 2024 Hallel Night of Praise, which suddenly became the talk of the town when Prophet Genesis rode a decorated horse from backstage to the edifice altar, changing the atmosphere and shocking many attendees with this experience reminiscent of Lord Jesus Christ’s ride on a donkey, demonstrating Prophet Genesis’ divine wisdom in incorporating innovative elements into Genesis Global programs.
The 2025 Hallel Night of Praise, slated for Friday, 19 December 2025, at Genesis Global City, Dalemo Alakuko, off Duro Ishola Street, Lagos, is highly anticipated by many.Hallel Night of Praise is a specially designed evening of worship, created to complement the adult harvest, providing an opportunity for thanksgiving and heartfelt praise to God Almighty, who values and responds to fervent and sincere prayers – a fundamental principle that has fostered prayer answers, church growth, and expansion within the Genesis Global community.

A statement from Prophet Israel Genesis’ media aide, Oluwaseun Fabiyi, confirmed that the harvest committee has made comprehensive arrangements to cater to the needs of all international dignitaries and attendees, with the welfare of individuals being paramount, alongside provisions for maximum security within Genesis Global City and its surroundings. In addition, this power pack program will feature an awards and recognition segment, where the elderly and widows, and widowers will receive cash grants and food items, and others will receive food items to celebrate Christmas and the New Year.
