Veteran film-maker, Lancelot Oduwa Imasuen would soon jet out of the country for another round of premiere of the multiple award-winning historical film,Invasion 1897.
To be hosted by Benin Club of Houston,Texas,US,Invasion 1897 would from May 23,2015, berth in Houston and Austin-Texas.
According Lancelot Imasuen,Invasion 1897 would also tour Atlanta,New York and Dallas,within the same period.
Invasion 1897 has an international cast that include famous British actors, Rudolph Walker and Charles “Chucky” Venn.
Top Nigerian actors starring in the epic film are Segun Arinze. Paul Obazele,Charles Inojie,Michael Omoregbe who played the lead role as Oba Ovonramwen, among others.
Widely acclaimed as a masterpiece, Invasion 1897 which chronicles the invasion of the ancient Benin Kingdom by the British-led colonial forces and the deposition,travails, trial and the fall of the last of Africa, Oba Ovonranwen Nogbaisi, has been practically premiered across the globe.
The film producer, Lancelot Imasuen is now about to embark on yet another international premiere in the United States of America, courtesy of Benin Club of Houston.
Lancelot Imasuen (D Guvnor) with some twenty years experience in Nollywood is expected back to the country in June after the US tour.

Very popular in the industry,Stella Osula Onomolare who’s a resident makeup artiste with Lance Wealth Images,has been around for a while. She has been on set of “Adesuwa” “Invasion 1897”, “Dark Waters”,as assistant. She’s now fully in charge of Lancelot Imaseun’s tv series including, “Star Rhyme”, “Back Home”,”About Tomorrow”,among others.
The gifted make up artiste has also worked with a few producers in Nollywood.
