How do you know a true man of God or a prophet to the nation? Its when his message comes to fulfilment! Interestingly, the prophetic message of Prophet Joshua Iginla concerning the emergence of Ashiwaju Ahmed Bola Tinubu as the APC presidential flagbearer has been confirmed.

Prophecy Confirmation: How Pro Joshua Iginla Prophesied Tinubu's Victory At The Primaries (Video)

The clergy with the prophetic mantle, Abuja-based General Overseer of Royal Champions Assembly, Prophet Joshua Iginla has said, only God can stop Tinubu’s presidential ambition and that he is a major factor in the equation of things in the ruling party.

The clergyman during his prophetic release for 2022 said God told him Tinubu will be a great factor in the forthcoming 2023 election. “God said something to me that is very deep. The man called Bola Ahmed Tinubu is a factor in the equation and you can not remove him and you cannot push him aside. You cannot drive him backward or push him aside, except God pull him out of the equation. You cannot remove him by human means. If you push him aside, you will know that a factor has been removed from the equation, the only thing that can move him is God. Only God stops him. I’m not speaking in favor of anybody but I’m saying what I’ve seen and will leave the rest for God,” Prophet Iginla said.

And of a truth, the road to Victory for Tinubu in the just concluded APC primaries was tarred with twists and turns. It was a journey filled with betrayals from loyalists. At a point, his Victory looks like a mirage but the message of the clergy keeps resounding clearly that Tinubu is the major factor in the equation.

And true to his prophetic message, the National Leader of the All Progressives Congress, Bola Tinubu, has emerged as the winner of the party’s presidential primary.

He obtained over 1,271 votes to defeat his closest rivals, ex-minister Rotimi Amaechi and Vice President Yemi Osinbajo.

While Amaechi polled 316 votes, Osinbajo scored 235 votes.

He contested against thirteen other aspirants – Mr Chukwuemeka Nwajiuba, Pastor Tunde Bakare, Mr Ahmed Rufai, Senator Rochas Okorocha, Mr Jack Rich, Governor Ben Ayade, Governor David Umahi, Senator Ahmed Yarima, Dr Ahmed Lawan, Osinbajo, Amaechi, Governor Yahaya Bello and Mr Ogbonnaya Onu.

Nine aspirants had earlier stepped down, eight of whom asked their supporters to vote for Tinubu, while one asked his supporters to vote for Osinbajo.

Those who stepped down before voting began are Governor Abubakar Badaru of Jigawa, Robert Boroffice, Ken Nnamani, Ibikunle Amosun, Dimeji Bankole, Ekiti State Governor Kayode Fayemi and Godswill Akpabio.

They asked their supporters to vote for Tinubu, just as the only female aspirant, Mrs Uju Ken-Ohanenye, followed suit.

Iyabo Ojo Battles Sanwo-Olu, Lagos State Government

All is not well between delectable Nollywood actress, Iyabo Ojo and the Babajide Sanwo-Olu-led Lagos state government.

And this is not unconnected to the fact that the Lagos state government has told her to pay a whooping sum of N18,640,092.00 as personal income tax within seven days.

Iyabo Ojo Battles Sanwo-Olu, Lagos State Government

According to the Lagos government, Iyabo Ojo has a tax liability of N7,376,000.00 for the year 2022 and an outstanding liability of N11,264,092 for the 2021 income year.

The actress was given a 7-day ultimatum to pay up or face consequences.

However, In an Instagram post, she shared documents of the personal income tax letter and expressed her frustration with the exorbitant amount demanded by the government.

In her post, the actress voiced her concerns directly to Governor Sanwo-Olu and the Lagos State government, demanding an explanation for the hefty tax bill.

She questioned the basis for such high personal income taxes and criticized the lack of transparency in the calculation process.

The actress referred to a previous encounter where she complied with the government’s request to explain her earnings and declare her income but received no response.

“Last time, you people asked me to come to your office, I came, you asked me to explain & declare what I earn, which I did with my tax consultant, but noooooooooooooo you did not respond to my letter, because you want me to pay you an outrageous amount that I do not have,” she expressed in her Instagram caption.

Feeling overwhelmed by the mounting financial burden imposed on her, the mother of two raised concerns about the government’s insensitivity to the challenges faced by individuals and businesses.

She questioned the contributions of the government to her life, stating, “What have you people ever done for me as a government? NOTHING!!! I have single-handedly raised my kids & so many others, plus myself without a single penny from the government.”

Sowunmi and the display of arrogance, self importance at the gate of Ogun Election Tribunal

Sowunmi and the display of arrogance, self importance at the gate of Ogun Election Tribunal

By Olayemi Festus Oke

1. Sowumi should be held responsible for the short-lived commotion that took place outside the Isabo High Court venue of the State Election Tribunal which held its first sitting today.

2. He had no regard for the Tribunal and law enforcement agents as he insisted he must access the court premises well after the Tribunal had started sitting. Of course, other law-abiding APC and PDP supporters present resisted his insensitive display of arrogance, self-importance, over-bloated ego, and disorderly conduct.

3. Matters came to a head when some aggrieved PDP supporters started abusing and cursing him for allegedly partly causing the PDP’s loss in the last governorship election in the state. They were more vociferous in insisting that he must leave the court premises. They were heard angrily asking in the Yoruba language: “Ki ni oloshi ati odale yi wa se ni bi?” That is, “What has this stupid man and traitor come to do here”. They did not want him around and he was chased out.

4. From all indications, Sowunmi came with a mission to cause commotion and disrupt the proceedings of the Election Tribunal. But sadly, he met resistance from the more civilized supporters of both APC and PDP. He is clever by half by playing the victim and dubiously using the scene he deliberately created to castigate the APC-led government of Prince Dapo Abiodun.

5. Sowunmi had the time to come to the court earlier if indeed he wanted to watch the proceedings of the Tribunal. He met a peaceful atmosphere at the court on arrival, which he destabilized so much with noise that the Tribunal had to send words across to warn everyone outside the courtroom to be of good conduct.

6. There was also peace after Sowunmi the troublemaker was shamed, and he left the court hurriedly with his thugs, with his tail behind his limbs. No other PDP member was affected. Even the CSO to Ladi, a retired senior police officer, was at court throughout today’s sitting of the Tribunal. He was seen exchanging pleasantries and banters around. He was neither harassed nor hounded due to his civilized comportment.

7. More instructively, the Tribunal rounded off today’s sitting on a very peaceful note despite Sowunmi’s failed attempt to disrupt proceedings.

8. The police should call Sowunmi to order, and further cause him to sign an undertaking to maintain good conduct any time he comes to the venue of the Tribunal. The police should also warn all troublemakers to stay away from the venue, and that nobody including the “imperial” and imperious Sowunmis of this world would be indulged to wait until the Tribunal has started sitting before trying to force their way in. The false sense of the importance of such persons will be badly bruised. They should be reminded that the commotion ensuing from an attempt by anyone to force himself into the courtroom after the commencement of the proceedings of the Tribunal amounts to disorderly conduct and contempt outside the Tribunal for which the person or persons concerned could be charged, prosecuted, and jailed.
