Secrets Behind A Push-up Bra

Published

on

I  know many people have read and heard so much about push up bras but don’t understand just exactly how they work. I thought to bring it to light. But before I explain exactly how a Push-up bra works, I’ll answer a few other essential questions first.

What exactly is a push-up bra?
A push-up bra creates cleavage and enhances your bust-size by lifting and emphasizing your breasts. The design and structure of a push-up bra is meant to fit snugly under your breasts, lifting them and pushing them forward. Push up bras can come in multiple styles that give you slightly different looks. You might find a padded push-up bra that gives you the appearance of a larger bust, or  a balconnette push-up bra to create killer cleavage in a low-cut outfit. A push-up bra can also make you look slimmer by lifting your bust and creating a better-defined waistline.

Revealed Secrets of a Push-up Bra

  1. Push-up bras are only for small busted women.
Many women with larger busts wear push-up bras not to create a larger bust, but to enhance their cleavage and get the extra lift that a push-up bra provides.
  2. Wearing a push-up bra can cause health problems.
The potential problems with push-up bras come when you wear a bra that isn’t the proper size. When you wear an incorrect bra size, any bra can cause health problems, ranging from shoulder and neck pain to headaches, breathing problems and other health issues. Don’t avoid push-up bras because of conceived health issues. Just make sure that every bra you’re wearing is the correct bra size.

The Science behind a Push-Up Bra

Push-ups are meant to enhance cleavage and/or make your bust look bigger. Bras achieve lift with a few different tricks- almost all use padding, which obviously adds some substance to your natural breasts.

The placement of the padding will change where the cleavage is most enhanced: padding in the bottom of the cup, as with a balconette, will give maximum cleavage on top, since it tends to push your breasts upward. Whereas padding that steers toward the lower outside corner of the cup will give more cleavage in the middle as it tends to push your breasts towards the center.

These paddings are usually in the form of inserts that fit into a pocket on the inside of each cup these inserts are sometimes called fillets. These pads or fillets are usually made of sponge or some other material that will give a more natural look and feel. The pads can sometimes be inserted or removed as necessary depending on the look you require. They can help to improve the look of  your cleavage or to help enhance the look of whatever outfit you are wearing.

Moral of the story, different kind of push-up bras can help you create different kind of illusions with your breasts. I hope this article helps you pick one that will suit your needs. I personally prefer the ones pushing your breasts upward and not inward. Let me know which ones you like.

Those who wronged you may never say “I’m sorry” – Prudent Ludidi

Those who wronged you may never say “I’m sorry” – Prudent Ludidi

Ladies and gentlemen,

Today, I want to talk about something that can be difficult to accept, those who wronged you may never say “I’m sorry.”

Those who wronged you may never say "I'm sorry" - Prudent Ludidi

We’ve all been hurt by someone at some point in our lives. And often, we hold onto that hurt, and hope in waiting for the person who wronged us to acknowledge their mistake and apologize.

But the truth is, that apology may never come.

It’s hard to accept because we feel like we deserve closure. We deserve to hear that the person who hurt us regrets their actions.

But closure is not something someone else gives you. Closure is something you give yourself.

You have the power to choose:

Choose to heal, even if they never acknowledge their wrongdoing
Choose to move forward, even if they never make amends

Forgiveness doesn’t mean forgetting what happened. Forgiveness means releasing the hold that person has on you.

Forgiveness means taking back control of your life.

You don’t need someone else’s apology to move on. You don’t need someone else’s validation to heal.

You are strong enough to do it on your own.

And when you do, you’ll find peace. You’ll find freedom.

Remember, holding onto anger and resentment only hurts you. It doesn’t change the past.

But forgiveness can change your future.

So, don’t wait for someone else to say “I’m sorry.” Say it to yourself: “I’m sorry that happened to me, but I’m moving forward.”

Say it loud and clear: “I deserve to heal. I deserve to be happy.”

Take back your power. Take back your life.

Move forward with courage and faith.

You got this.
