Testimonies and Apostle Suleman’s Independence Day Prophetic Revelations

On Tuesday, October 1, 2024, Nigeria celebrated her 64th birthday. As the country is facing austere internal and external pressures, servant of God and general overseer of the Omega Fire Ministries (OFM) worldwide, Apostle Johnson Suleman, has prophesied that it is essential to understand what God promises about Nigeria.

Testimonies and Apostle Suleman’s Independence Day Prophetic Revelations

Apostle Suleman, in his devotions, asked God to fulfill the truth of the Scriptures for every Nigerian family. He prayed that He blesses Nigerians with His peace that passes understanding, comforts their hearts as the great Comforter, and open their eyes to His kingdom coming where there is no more pain, and fix their gaze on that hope, secured by Jesus the living hope.

Drawing from Ecclesiastic chapter 5 verse 9; “Moreover, the profit of the earth is for all; the king himself is served by the field,” the famous prophet prays;

“The Lord has said that the profit of the earth is for all. And I declare upon you; profit is your portion. In that vocation, that career, that profession; by the use of that talent, that gift and ability, may you profit. Receive that grace, that you will not be exempted from profit. It is your season that the anointing of profit will be made manifest in your life in full form. I call it to be. I speak in the name of Jesus. May it come to pass. Go and make profit with your gift and your talent, and your abilities. I see the God of wealth bringing massive wealth to your home.”

Meanwhile, here are testimonies of fulfilled prophecies given by believers as Apostle Suleman reeled out the new month prayers.

Ashezi from Lagos was grateful to God for blessing his sister with a new job. Abigail from Ghana thanked God for making her a university graduate. Clinton Chidiebere from Rivers State, Nigeria, praised God for being favoured and preserved. Lola from Georgia glorified God for opening doors and giving financial blessings in her life and family. Gabriel Enekwechi from Abuja, affirmed God’s wonders for escaping a road accident. Felistus from Zambia appreciated God for miraculous fixing of his fridge, miracle money and divine peace. Chola Mulenga from Zambia Thanked God for the progress of his application. Haruna Oscar from Ghana testified for being blessed with a comfortable accommodation. Samuel Fete from Limbe, Cameroon, thanked God for his sister who was healed of tuberculosis.

Also, Akali from the United Arab Emirates, thanked God for revived spiritual life, deliverance, a job and salary increment. Leroy Kpakar from Liberia praised for his healing of high blood pressure. Blessings Kande from Blantyre City of Malawi thanked God for spiritual growth. And many more.

According to Apostle Suleman, hearing believers’ testimonies releases something in others. And if anyone will grab onto those testaments and believe God for the same reasons, God will do it for them too.

Calls for Government and Security Intervention to Ensure Her Safety

The pan-Yoruba socio-cultural organization, Igbimo Asoju Yoruba, has strongly condemned the recent wave of cyberbullying and threats directed at Lagos State University lecturer, Dr. Adeyinka Olarinmoye, popularly known as Iyalode Adeyinka Bello. The organization described the online attacks as dangerous, unethical, and a threat to free speech, cultural identity, and human dignity.

Dr. Olarinmoye became the target of widespread backlash following a comment she made on social media on Wednesday, May 21, 2025, under a post by Nigerian music star, David Adeleke (Davido). In the post, Davido expressed pride in his Igbo heritage, to which Dr Olarinmoye responded: “I would ensure my kids marry Yoruba.”

The statement, which was clearly an expression of personal cultural preference, was met with hostility from certain individuals on social media, particularly from non-Yoruba ethnic groups. What began as criticism quickly escalated into coordinated cyberbullying, with threats even being made against her life.

In response, Igbimo Asoju Yoruba, otherwise known as Yoruba Leaders Forum under the leadership of its Converner, Chief George Ogunjimi, The Bamofin Of Ojo, Lagos has issued a firm statement in support of Dr. Adeyinka Olarinmoye. The organization praised her courage in upholding her cultural values and condemned those using social media platforms to incite hatred and violence.

“We cannot allow a society where individuals, especially women and educators, are threatened for peacefully expressing cultural identity or values,” said Chief. George Ogunjimi. “Dr. Olarinmoye has done nothing wrong. Her statement was not inciting, discriminatory, or hateful. The bullying she has faced is unjustified and must be addressed seriously.”

He further called on the Governor of Lagos State, Mr. Babajide Sanwo-Olu, and all relevant security agencies to act swiftly to ensure Dr. Olarinmoye’s safety and investigate those responsible for the threats.

“Cyberbullying is not a minor issue it can cause emotional distress, mental health challenges, and even pose physical risks. We urge the Nigeria Police Force and cybercrime units to trace and prosecute those responsible to send a strong message that online violence is unacceptable,” Chief Ogunjimi added.

The organization also used the opportunity to call for stronger digital ethics across Nigeria, emphasizing that freedom of speech must be exercised responsibly and that cultural expression should not be met with hostility

Hon. Lanre Oyegbola-Sodipo Leads Subscribers to Prince Dapo Abiodun Housing Estate Site in Abeokuta North LG

In a bold move toward expanding housing development and urban planning, the Chairman of Abeokuta North Local Government, Hon. Lanre Oyegbola-Sodipo on Saturday leads Subscribers to the new Prince Dapo Abiodun Housing Estate Site in the local government.

Speaking during the tour with the first batch of subscribers, Hon. Oyegbola-Sodipo emphasized the vision behind the housing scheme and the coordinated efforts being made by both local and state governments to provide affordable housing for residents.

“This is the new town that we are working on. It will become a hub for low and medium housing development under the Prince Dapo Abiodun Low and Medium Housing Estate,” the chairman stated.

“We’ve taken our first set of subscribers to the site to show them the progress—especially the land clearing and preparation work which is already ongoing. Setting out will begin in the next couple of weeks.”

The chairman also highlighted the strategic location of the estate, noting that access routes are well within urban reach.

“We drove in from Lafenwa through Ogun Radio, with the turning less than three minutes from Lafenwa. From that point to the project site is just a five-minute drive.

“Of that five minutes drive, we have a larger portion of it about 70% of the road network there that are just recently constructed through a federal government intervention and we know that with another intervention that is underway, that will be situating again in this new town , the remaining portion which is about 30% of the road would also be completed along side this intervention that is coming from the federal government and of course supported by the effort of our governor.

“So this is the new town, this is Prince Dapo Abiodun low and medium cost housing estate where we have set out to deliver the first phase and of course the second phase will come immediately after”.

Hon. Oyegbola-Sodipo further pledged his commitment to ensuring that all subscribers obtain their legal documents, including Certificates of Occupancy (C of O).

“I will stand for every subscriber for them to get their Certificate of ownership. The only thing that we are going to do is to ensure we have a process that people will have the assurance that they are working through a part from a government to another government from the local government to the state government so we would create a desk that would help everyone subscribing to this estate to be able to go through the process and the application for their necessary papers including the C of O’s just to support the process and make it seamless for them and the assurance we know that they would definitely be having that within the right time “ he assured.
