Binani’s Victory Assured With REC Ari’s Submission, Election Petition Tribunal Preparations – Political Pundit

By Adamu Muhammad Dodo

Countryside is cool… good, with or without electricity, life, like those inclined to romanticism in poetry, is rural, homely, simple and breathtakingly beautiful with natural endowment, providing genuine rather than artificial fresh-air, especially, as the rainy season sets in. Some farmers commended the Most Distinguished Senator Aishatu Dahiru Ahmed, a.k.a Binani’s free fertilizer intervention without executive-extortion in the name of subsidy, with other farming tools they have benefited, revealing how they fulfilled their part of the promise to vote for her as A Governor and The Governor and Tinubu as A President and The President overwhelmingly when she toured with her campaign train across the state, touching their ground; how they wished away any inducement to have dissuaded them from doing the futuristic needful; refused to be deceived by the ethno-religious and disgusting gender propaganda, arguing that the Binani instructional materials that the students and pupils in public schools are being denied the use thereof, lest the school administrators lose their jobs, were not distributed only to pastoralists and/or pupils in schools professing the same faith with Binani, the same way was the assessment of her skills acquisition schemes and social welfare packages that the state government has not considered it worthy for the citizenry, or so is the point they would put across of their believability.

Binani is a Muslim and some Muslim preachers were said to be commissioned to pass verdict forbidding A Woman and The Woman from being elected A Governor and The Governor. Why should the electorates of other faith not reflect on this? They would put in expostulation.

“We can’t betray by mortgaging our conscience, see the borehole over there, it is not meant for a people of particular tribe or religion, Binani built it not for her but for our use, same as the blocks of classrooms and the hospital she built and fully equipped. We’re sure that she’ll employ enough workers, provide enabling environment and necessary welfare for them to be of good service manning the hospital and running the school than running away from teaching when she’s made the Governor,” the confident, hopeful natives would say.

They would hope that Binani’s mandate would not be stolen as much as they would want to have explained the objective position of the incorruptible REC Hudu Yunusa Ari they joined in considering as the electioneering hero while condemning the conference of the corrupt and the convener of the conspiracy should it have held nowhere as much as violence instigated victory celebration, burning prayer rugs beads, khimar and kettles for ablution.

The mission to the countryside was to authenticate the list of the beneficiary families ahead of the Eid-El-Adha, to come few days after the swearing in, heralding new government.

Binani’s Victory Assured With REC Ari’s Submission, Election Petition Tribunal Preparations – Political Pundit

I was being commissioned by the international body for which I form part of the membership, to identify, should I say the most economically or financially disadvantaged? to the point of being considered ignored families, whom smiles could be put on their faces by providing required animals for slaughter on Eid day or donating financial equivalent.

As one sympathetic to Ironism as a philosophy championed by Richard Rorty, I gradually develop a continuing doubts over my final vocabulary and convinced by other people’s final and deemed as superior vocabulary, what would be my considered contributions to the questions thrown?

On REC Hudu Yunusa Ari, I would explain from other person’s considered convincing superior vocabulary that rather than being arrested, Hudu honoured the Interpol’s invitation and must have made valuable contributions to the investigative conversation, with his consistent reasons for declaring Binani as the winner of the 2023 Governorship Election in Adamawa state and that since he was not arrested along with other INEC officials equally invited, Hudu must have been excused to go home and wait for the outcome of the invention, against the insinuation that he was stripped of his fundamental human rights, when he didn’t receive the libellous N2 billion bribe for declaration from either of the governorship candidates. He didn’t molest by dehumanizing INEC Commissioner as much as he didn’t humiliate to the point of death a security personnel to have been in detention till after investigation that some section of the media would rather kill the story.

On the issue of the legal status of the Governor-Elect in Adamawa state, I simply adopted one’s final vocabulary I consider superior that Fintiri is by the Officials of INEC, disqualifying REC Ari’s, declared GOVERNOR-ELECT. But he is not yet 2023 Governor

It isn’t automatic that he woul form the next government. He has a serious case in tribunal that could go either way.

The tribunal could stop the inauguration before May 29, 2023

The law that gives INEC power to make a declaration equally gives the judiciary the power to reverse it. There’s is no constitutional duty to inaugurate on May 29 if a declaration is legally challenged as it is.

There is no fait accompli about the situation. Some use of language can create a false narrative where some people could be thinking that a declaration by INEC no matter how wrong it is, constitutes a new government. No! It doesn’t, until the final court says so.

The point therefore, as another persons final vocabulary, considered by the Ironist inclined as fascinating as superior would express, “Binani’s victory is rest assured In God’s Name, with REC Ari’s submission and the Election Petition Tribunal Preparations…”
