Topic: stomach ulcer

A stomach ulcer also called a gastric ulcer is a sore or lesion that develops in the lining of the stomach. It can occur in the upper part of the intestine. It occurs when the upper intestine gets irritated by the harmful effects of stomach acid. This can happen due to several reasons like an infection with the bacterium, Helicobacter Pylori, excessive intake of pain relievers, drinking too much alcohol, radiation therapy, poor diet, stress, effects of certain medications, burns, or physical injury.

Symptoms

Nausea

Vomiting in some cases

Weight loss

Stomach pain can last for a few minutes to several hours

Indigestion

Bloating

Heartburn

Discomfort after eating.

Treatment

  1.       Cut half of the raw cabbage and two carrots into small pieces and extract their juice. Drink half a cup of this juice three times daily, morning afternoon, and the night before food. It must be freshly prepared, else, it won’t work. Continue this for 1-2 weeks.
  2.       Drink a few cups of fresh coconut water daily or take 1-2 tablespoon of cold-pressed coconut oil twice or three times daily for 1-2 weeks depending on the severity of the ulcer.
  3.       Boil one teaspoon of fenugreek seeds in two cups of water. Strain and drink it after adding little honey. Alternatively, add fenugreek seeds in hot water and allow it to cool for some minutes, then add honey and take it all. repeat this twice daily till the condition improves.

Those who wronged you may never say “I’m sorry” – Prudent Ludidi

Those who wronged you may never say “I’m sorry” – Prudent Ludidi

Ladies and gentlemen,

Today, I want to talk about something that can be difficult to accept, those who wronged you may never say “I’m sorry.”

Those who wronged you may never say "I'm sorry" - Prudent Ludidi

We’ve all been hurt by someone at some point in our lives. And often, we hold onto that hurt, and hope in waiting for the person who wronged us to acknowledge their mistake and apologize.

But the truth is, that apology may never come.

It’s hard to accept because we feel like we deserve closure. We deserve to hear that the person who hurt us regrets their actions.

But closure is not something someone else gives you. Closure is something you give yourself.

You have the power to choose:

Choose to heal, even if they never acknowledge their wrongdoing
Choose to move forward, even if they never make amends

Forgiveness doesn’t mean forgetting what happened. Forgiveness means releasing the hold that person has on you.

Forgiveness means taking back control of your life.

You don’t need someone else’s apology to move on. You don’t need someone else’s validation to heal.

You are strong enough to do it on your own.

And when you do, you’ll find peace. You’ll find freedom.

Remember, holding onto anger and resentment only hurts you. It doesn’t change the past.

But forgiveness can change your future.

So, don’t wait for someone else to say “I’m sorry.” Say it to yourself: “I’m sorry that happened to me, but I’m moving forward.”

Say it loud and clear: “I deserve to heal. I deserve to be happy.”

Take back your power. Take back your life.

Move forward with courage and faith.

You got this.
