One person has died as a result of a fight between two colleagues at the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (FCCPC). At the agency’s office in Katsina state on Wednesday, August 17, Julius Haruna, a member of staff, passed away after fighting with Muibat Abdusalam. The female colleague has already been arrested by police, and a probe into the incident has been opened.

Western Delta University Current Recruitment for Graduates Julius Haruna, the FCCPC’s (Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Commission) northwest zonal director, was killed in a fight with a female colleague. According to PM News, on Wednesday, August 17, Haruna passed away during an altercation with Muibat Abdusalam in the workplace. While there are no details about what might have happened between the deceased staff member and Ms. Abdusalam, the former has been detained by Katsina police command officers.

Ben Nwoye, a lawyer and board member, had reportedly been chosen to lead the Independent Internal Investigation Panel, according to Tamunokonbia. In addition, the federal ministry of industry, trade, and investment as well as the office of the head of service of the federation will have representatives on the investigative panel, which will also be co-chaired by another board member, Air Vice Marshal Wakili Ahmed (retired).

 

 

 

 

 

His statement reads:  ”The Katsina State Police Command is currently continuing its own investigations. Ms Abdusalam is currently detained by the command. ”The commission will continue to make appropriate, full and frank disclosures of information, any investigative outcomes and or judicial processes, where applicable. ”The commission notwithstanding continues to discharge its mandate including across the North-West region.” On behalf of the board, Tamunokonbia also extended condolence to the family, friends, and colleagues of the deceased.
