APC Convention: Excluding Me On Ballot, Recipe For Crisis – Yahaya Bello

The Nigerian Guild of Investigative Journalists (NGIJ) is set to unveil the final report of its findings in Kogi State on the adminstration of Governor Yahaya Bello.

The Guild’s spokesman, Adeyemi Obadimu, in a statement, said the GA Report will be officially unveiled at a Press Conference on Tuesday, August 20, 2019 at the Nicon Luxury Hotels, Abuja.

Obadimu disclosed that the report was the product of a month-long survey of the various policies, programs, projects and activities of the four years administration of the current state government as well as the impact on the people.

He stated that, members of the Nigerian Guild of Investigative Journalists (NGIJ) led by the National President, Wale Abydeen, were in the Confluence State to physically assess the situation through application of questionnaires across the three senatorial districts of the state; interactions with critical stakeholders like the TUC, NLC, royal institution, security personnel, everyday Kogites on the street and top government functionaries and technocrats.

He noted that the parameters had pillars and sub-pillars around infrastructure, health, education, security, sports development and human capital, which cut across the local governments of the state.

The ultimate goal is to assess the developments in the state and engender the culture of public accountability.

Members of the Guild from across the country will converge in Abuja on Tuesday August 20, 2019 to witness the world press conference as the Guild will embark on another tour to Bayelsa State on Wednesday.

Olutade-Faleye Oluwatosin Simon: A brilliant media personality celebrates his special day today

…A trailblazing media guru

~Oluwaseun Fabiyi

To begin my birthday felicitations, I would like to extend my congratulations to a dependable and reliable friend and brother from another parent who is marking his birthday occasion in grand style

Olutade-Faleye Oluwatosin Simon: A brilliant media personality celebrates his special day today

Olutade-Faleye Oluwatosin Simon is a naturally erudite brother and a genial, trailblazing Lagos journalist whom I hold in high regard

Egbon Tosin, whom I fondly refer to, stands out amongst his colleagues due to his headstrong approach and passion for achieving his objectives, which are truly remarkable and inspirational. Tosin Faleye has undoubtedly played a pivotal role in guiding and motivating young journalists, inspiring them to strive for excellence and redefine the profession for a better tomorrow.

It is clear that Faleye Oluwatosin Simon has established himself as a rapidly emerging leader of high ethics and morality, exemplifying humility as a prolific writer

Your remarkable personality is evident in the significant impact you have made on media society today, as it continues to inspire and guide many people around you

Your words of encouragement and statement made nine years ago at Lagos Television Agidingbi are still vivid in my memory. You collected a hard copy of BethNews magazine, prayed for me, and encouraged me to stay committed. You endorsed the front cover page, saying ‘This is a very stunning cover, Seun keep it up, you’re going places’

On this special day, as you celebrate another year of life, dear beloved brother, I am impressed by your steadfast commitment to a worthy cause and the dedication you have shown in promoting public relations to your friends and colleagues in the industry

My heartfelt wish is that God Almighty blesses you with numerous future celebrations, profound joy, and optimal well-being. I wish you many happy returns!

Truly, your brother, Oluwaseun Fabiyi, the publisher of BethNews Media
