TOP FIVE APC SECRETS AISHA BUHARI REVEALED
Over the weekend, credible reports were going on in the country bothering on President Buhari and His Wife over a BBC interview. This really exposed secrets people didn’t know. It was a really funny situation that has never happened in the history of Nigeria.
It got mixed reactions; some supported Mrs. Aisha Buhari while some people attacked her for doing that, describing it as abnormality.
Here are Top 5 secrets that was exposed during that Saga:
• ‘President’ Buhari Isn’t the Leader : This is so funny but it is the truth. A leader decides who stays in his cabinet, a leader decides who he sacks, a leader decides what he does, the laws he makes but I’m afraid this is not the case with President Buhari.
According to information, he was appointed there just for the title’s sake and not to act, someone else is doing the actions. Little wonder we suddenly hear of staff of a whole department being sacked and replaced immediately. It’s so unfortunate for our dear Country. According to Aisha, “Among all the people he selected, if he is asked among 50 people, he does not know 45. I don’t know them despite staying with him for 27 years”.
• The First Lady is Fearless: Judging by how she addressed this issue. It would be deduced that she’s very courageous and fearless. This should have been known since the time Governor Fayose tried to mess with her. In this scenario, everyone would know for sure that she spoke this words intentionally to punish and expose APC party leaders who have turned themselves to mini gods. She really accused them and none of them could even attack her, probably because they are afraid of her. The only person that had that ego to respond was her Husband, Buhari, and he even did that jokingly.
• APC used and Dump her: Yes, this is one of the secrets exposed, she was used during the campaign period to reach out to women in the north, and because she is rich, her resources was also used in the name of ‘supporting’ her husband. Unlike past Governments, She’s not very involved in the game anymore ever since the election and victory was over. To stress this point, President Buhari also failed her by saying she doesn’t belong to politics and should talk about it no more. If she was told this earlier on, she wouldn’t have given her time, resources for APC, thinking it’s for her Husband. In an interview, President Buhari said ‘’ I don’t know which party my wife belongs to, but she belongs to my kitchen and my living room’’
• A lot of People were Sidelined: Revealing furthermore, She made it known that those that suffered for the victory has been sidelined. She said ‘’………it was a huge group that came together and started the struggle again. It is sad that very few are in the system now. Though I heard that they are about to announce like 3000 names as Board members; we feel that those that have started the struggle should not be limited to Board members; they should be in positions like heading agencies that will impact positively on the lives of Nigerians. Knowing what we have campaigned for, only for us to bring people that are busy telling people that they are not politicians but they are occupying seats that were brought in by politicians. This is a huge disrespect for politicians. Knowing that we are just starting, we have not got to 2017, talk less of 2018 and then 2019 for us to go back to the polls; you understand what I mean?’’
• She had confronted Buhari: Normally, before something of such happens, she would have confronted Her husband but maybe she wasn’t getting a favorable answer, she had to just pour out her mind in the interview. She was frustrated and also pushed to the wall but the President wasn’t helping matters and wasn’t ready to see anymore of it so she had to create something that will shake the whole cabinet. ‘’ Yeah! He knows! At my own level, I have done it personally. I have also listened to people’s complaints and I tried to tell him what they are coming to tell me so that if there is anything to be corrected; it can be corrected’’

Nigeria’s Inflation Drops to 15.10% as NBS Reports Deflationary Trend
Nigeria’s headline inflation rate declined to 15.10 per cent in January 2026, marking a significant drop from 27.61 per cent recorded in January 2025, according to the latest Consumer Price Index (CPI) report released by the National Bureau of Statistics.
The report also showed that month-on-month inflation recorded a deflationary trend of –2.88 per cent, representing a 3.42 percentage-point decrease compared to December 2025. Analysts say the development signals easing price pressures across key sectors of the economy.
Food inflation stood at 8.89 per cent year-on-year, down from 29.63 per cent in January 2025. On a month-on-month basis, food prices declined by 6.02 per cent, reflecting lower costs in several staple commodities.
The data suggests a sustained downward trajectory in inflation over the past 12 months, pointing to improving macroeconomic stability.
The administration of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has consistently attributed recent economic adjustments to ongoing fiscal and monetary reforms aimed at stabilising prices, boosting agricultural output, and strengthening domestic supply chains.
Economic analysts note that while the latest figures indicate progress, sustaining the downward trend will depend on continued policy discipline, exchange rate stability, and improvements in food production and distribution.
The January report provides one of the clearest indications yet that inflationary pressures, which surged in early 2025, may be moderating.
