Drama At RCCG’S Camp Ground

…As top pastors restitutes over fornication, idolatory and falsification of the church’s account

There was a mild drama at the first Holy Ghost Service for 2015 at the Redeemed Christian Church of God Redemption Camp, Kl 46, Lagos – Ibadan Express Way, Ogun State on Friday January 2, 2014 after the monthly congress with the theme: The Burden Bearer. Immediately after the service, Daddy G.O as he is fondly called, summoned all the Church’s ministers and pastor to a private meeting and after the normal new year’s greetings and appreciation, the humble man of God knelt down in front of the entire ministers and ordered them to pray for his death in 3 months if he has anything to do with the challenges that has been bedeviling the holiness preaching church of recent. They thought he was joking as because it was a strange thing to ask someone to pray for his death. None of the obeyed him but, he mandated them and they all obeyed him. They prayed he should die in the next 3 months if he has compromised the stand of RCCG. After praying for about 10 minutes, he stopped them and turned to them, then the real drama started; Daddy G.O said, ” if you know as a minister you have been indulging in these three basic things: Fornication, idolatory and falsification of the church’s account please come out because this is the time for restitution”. There was general silence, no one wanted to bell the cat so, he gave them time of grace to think, reflect and make the decision and that after that grace, anyone who indulges in those things and refused to come out would have the same fate as what he asked them to do for him (death in the next 3 months). Then he backed them to think, before he turns back, many Provincial, Area and Parish pastors as well as Ordained Deacons and Deaconess trouped out for restitution!

Many disturbing reports have gone to the G.O on how some of these his subordinates indulges in fornication, idolatory and falsify financial reports of the most populous penticostal church in West Africa whose one of its pastors, professor Yemi Osinbajo, have been picked to be the running mate of the All Progressive Congress presidential candidate, Gen. Muhammed Buhari in the February 2015 elections.

Those who wronged you may never say “I’m sorry” – Prudent Ludidi

Those who wronged you may never say “I’m sorry” – Prudent Ludidi

Ladies and gentlemen,

Today, I want to talk about something that can be difficult to accept, those who wronged you may never say “I’m sorry.”

Those who wronged you may never say "I'm sorry" - Prudent Ludidi

We’ve all been hurt by someone at some point in our lives. And often, we hold onto that hurt, and hope in waiting for the person who wronged us to acknowledge their mistake and apologize.

But the truth is, that apology may never come.

It’s hard to accept because we feel like we deserve closure. We deserve to hear that the person who hurt us regrets their actions.

But closure is not something someone else gives you. Closure is something you give yourself.

You have the power to choose:

Choose to heal, even if they never acknowledge their wrongdoing
Choose to move forward, even if they never make amends

Forgiveness doesn’t mean forgetting what happened. Forgiveness means releasing the hold that person has on you.

Forgiveness means taking back control of your life.

You don’t need someone else’s apology to move on. You don’t need someone else’s validation to heal.

You are strong enough to do it on your own.

And when you do, you’ll find peace. You’ll find freedom.

Remember, holding onto anger and resentment only hurts you. It doesn’t change the past.

But forgiveness can change your future.

So, don’t wait for someone else to say “I’m sorry.” Say it to yourself: “I’m sorry that happened to me, but I’m moving forward.”

Say it loud and clear: “I deserve to heal. I deserve to be happy.”

Take back your power. Take back your life.

Move forward with courage and faith.

You got this.
