How Primate Ayodele’s Prophecies Played Out In Nigeria’s 2023 Presidential Election
The much anticipated Nigeria’s 2023 presidential election held last weekend amidst uncertainties and as expected, a winner has emerged. The Independent national electoral commission (INEC) has declared the candidate of the APC, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu as the winner of the keenly contested election.
For critics of popular prophet, Primate Elijah Ayodele, it may be an opportunity for them to ‘drag’ the man of God but unfortunately, nothing of such would happen because the prophecies and warnings the man of God gave all played out in the election and only those with understanding will be able to assimilate.
The 2023 presidential election isn’t just about the victor, there is need to critically analyze all that happened in the course of the election that later led to the victory of the ruling party at the end of the day. Before the election held, Primate Ayodele had released several prophecies about all the candidates in the election, he spoke about their chances and even told them what they can do to win the election. For about two years, Primate Ayodele has been very vocal concerning Nigeria’s presidential election because according to him, the election will determine a lot of things in Nigeria.
Starting from the BVAS device and electronic transmission of device that the INEC assured Nigerians on, Primate Ayodele few weeks to the election called on the INEC chairman to stand his ground because he foresees that the electronic transmission will fail. He mentioned that the BVAS and electronic transmission will stop rigging but if INEC compromises, the election will not reflect the will of the people.
These were his words “The BVAS and card readers will disappoint a lot of people, I don’t know how they want to do it because these machines may not give us the answer. INEC must do something urgently in order to put their records straight. The security need to stand firm because some people will want to disrupt the election,”

The electronic transmission of presidential election results seriously failed during the election and this even led to rancor between the INEC chairman and some party agents. Many of them walked out of the collation centre because the INEC failed to stand by its word to use the electronic transmission which will eradicate manipulations and rigging in the election. This marked the beginning of the fulfilment of Primate Ayodele’s prophecy in the electoral process.
Recall that in December 2022, Primate Ayodele stated that the All Progressive Congress is willing to do everything possible spiritually, financially, to return to power. His stand has always been that APC will not win the presidential election but if the opposition sleeps, the ruling party will do everything possible to get victory in the election.
These were his words ‘’ APC wants to win the 2023 presidential election by all means: technically, spiritually, financially, legally, illegally, psychologically, religiously and everything possible in order to get victory. They are ready to spend whatever it will cost to get the victory. They are very desperate to win the election.

Fulfilling this prophecy of Primate Elijah Ayodele, APC victory has been met with serious rejection by the oppositions jointly. The failure of the BVAS has been described as a gimmick of the APC. The ruling party has been obviously rejected by Nigerians as the party lost strongholds in the north and south but everything possible was tried to ensure victory against the will of the people.
In his advise to the labour party and its candidate, Peter Obi, Primate Ayodele asked the candidate to still work on the youths that have PVC so they can come out to vote. He urged him to ignore the noise and get to work. He also made him know that the votes from the north will frustrate his victory.
These were his words “Everything will change one day whereby Obi’s chances will be uncertain; he should still try to put his ambition in order. The east is good for him, he should go back to the north. Peter Obi should still work hard so the aftermath of the election will favour him, he doesn’t need ‘mouth’ now but people that will deliver for him. He needs to still work on his people because some will work against him’’

Just as Primate Ayodele mentioned, Peter Obi pulled so much votes in the southern parts of the country most especially south-south, south-east and a shocker in Lagos, a south-west state traditionally controlled by APC’s Bola Ahmed Tinubu. He didn’t make any much impact in the north and this led to his loss in the election.
In all of these, Primate Ayodele’s last statement on the presidential election which was released 24 hours before Nigerians went to the polls needs to be seriously paid close attention considering the weight it carries. He unveiled the PDP candidate, Abubakar Atiku as God’s choice for Nigeria but clarified that He isn’t in anyway saying the politician will win because the votes will be the one to determine the eventual winner of the election. He further went to say if Nigerians reject God’s choice, tougher times will be experience
These were his words “Among these three candidates, Atiku has been given an assignment from God to fix the nation within four years. If God gives Atiku victory in this election, he is to use only four years for this special assignment. If he wins and refuses to do the will of God for the people, he will see the wrath of God.’’
“I am not saying Atiku will win the election, it’s only the people’s vote that can determine that but I am only saying what God sent me to say to Nigerians; Atiku has an assignment placed into his hands by God to fix the nation within four years. It’s your choice to vote for him or not but if he doesn’t emerge, the person that wins will only add to the yoke of Nigerians as it is written in 1king 12vs14. The people will suffer more than they have ever suffered in the past administrations.”
Election: God has special assignment for Atiku, he disobeys, he fails – Primate Ayodele
This statement was interpreted by many as Primate Ayodele saying Atiku will win the election despite the fact that he already clarified in the same statement. It’s unfortunate that many read prophecies like novels when in the real sense, they are divine statements that need to be well understood to avoid committing sins against God’s anointed.
The simple interpretation of this is that God has chosen Atiku for Nigerians but God will not come from heaven to vote, it is still the people’s vote that will determine.
In Deuteronomy 30:15, Moses while addressing the Israelites told them that He has set before the life and prosperity, death and prosperity. He asked them to choose between both while giving them the implication of their choices, this is exactly what Primate Ayodele did.
In the statement Primate Ayodele released, he went further to say Nigerians have their choice to make, however, if they reject Atiku, the bible verse 1king 12 vs 14 ‘’ And spake to them after the counsel of the young men, saying, My father made your yoke heavy, and I will add to your yoke: my father also chastised you with whips, but I will chastise you with scorpions’’ will be our portion.
Beyond reasonable doubts, Primate Ayodele’s prophecies played out in this election and we can only pray to GOD as Nigerians to save us from the danger of the outcome.
Adamawa Progressive Elders Council Felicitates Muslim Ummah @ Eid-el Fitri
The Adamawa Progressives Elders Council under the leadership of His Excellency Brigadier Gen. Buba Marwa (Rtd) has sent a strong worded message of felicitations to the Muslim Ummah in Adamawa State and indeed the entire country on the occassion of the Eid-El-Fitr celebrations marking the end of the Ramadan season.
In a message sent by the Media office of the Organization, the group extended warm felicitations to the Leaders of APC in Adamawa State particularly the National Security Adviser Mallam Nuhu Ribadu and His Excellency Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri. Also the group sends Sallah salutations to the National Vice Chairman North East of the APC, the State Chairman of the party and all members of the state working committee.
While acknowledging that the one month long spiritual exercise was marked by sacrifices and charity, General Marwa said the Council “expects every member of the Council and indeed every citizen of Adamawa state to live in peace with one another and to embrace a culture of unity, fraternity and the pursuit of an Adamawa state that promotes our common heritage and shared prosperity”.
Addressing the core issues related to the establishment of the Council, the leader of the group said in celebrating a spiritual event like Sallah, what normally happens are moments of joy and happiness that transcends our natural faultlines. In his words, “in times like this we normally set aside our differences to rejoice with each other, l therefore enjoin us to carry this spirit beyond the Sallah period. We should build a bond of unity that endures”
The Adamawa Progressives Elders Forum therefore calls on all the people of Adamawa state to rededicate themselves to the peace, unity and progress of Adamawa state.
The group urges the Muslim Ummah to carry on the lessons of piety and charity imbibed during the Ramadan season beyond the end of fasting period.
Speaking further on behalf of the group, General Buba Marwa called on the members of the APC in Adamawa state to approach all the political activities coming up within the INEC timetable with maturity, understanding and brotherhood.
According to him “the goal of the progressive elders council is peace, unity and understanding among all members of the party in the state and by extension the entire citizens of the state”
While reflecting on the recently concluded e-registration of party members in the state, General Marwa celebrated Adamawa state for emerging with the second highest figure nationwide after Lagos State.
He commended the NSA, the Governor, the State Chairman of the Party and State Working Committee members for this unprecedented feat.
Gen Marwa as the leader of the Council believes that this is an affirmation of the confidence the people of Adamawa have in the leadership of His Excellency President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR.

Manipulation: Ignorance Is a License to Bondage — Dr. Chris Okafor
“Nothing honours until a spirit interferes.”
Manipulation, broadly defined, is the act of influencing or controlling a person or situation through subtle or overt tactics for personal advantage. In many cases, such influence is perfected through spiritual interference, because the spiritual realm ultimately governs the physical.
This profound subject formed the focus of the midweek non-denominational Prophetic Healing, Deliverance and Solutions (PHDS) Service ministered by the Generational Prophet of God and Senior Pastor of Grace Nation Worldwide, Dr. Chris Okafor, at the international headquarters of the ministry in Ojodu Berger, Lagos, Nigeria.
Speaking on the topic “Manipulation”, with the subtitle “The Spiritual Aspect,” Dr. Okafor explained that manipulation exists in two dimensions: demonic manipulation and divine manipulation.
Demonic Manipulation
According to the Generational Prophet, demonic manipulation represents the negative expression of spiritual control, where individuals are influenced by the spirit of darkness to act contrary to their true intentions and divine purpose.
He noted that under demonic manipulation, people often say or do things their inner conscience did not authorize, acting solely under satanic influence. This, he explained, accounts for the increasing hostility, false accusations, and defamatory statements directed at genuine servants of God in contemporary times.
“Many people speak evil against true men of God, maligning those sent by God to help them. Often, it is not entirely their fault—it is the work of demonic manipulation,” he stated.
Dr. Okafor, however, offered reassurance, emphasizing that a prayerful life and proper spiritual alignment provide immunity against such attacks. He stressed that when a believer is connected to a spiritual father and guided correctly, no level of manipulation can stop destiny or destroy God-ordained blessings.
He warned that unchecked manipulation can damage destiny and limit access to divine blessings.
Divine Manipulation
The Prophet further taught that just as there is demonic manipulation aimed at destruction, there is also divine manipulation—the intervention of God to protect, guide, and align His people with His eternal purpose.
“If there is a demon manipulating destinies wrongly, there is also a God in heaven who divinely interferes to preserve glory,” he declared.
Dr. Okafor explained that believers who understand the principles of serving God in truth and in spirit operate under divine manipulation, where God orchestrates events in their favour. Under such covering, no demonic manipulation can prevail.
He added that consistent prayer, commitment to kingdom service, partnership with God’s work, and active soul-winning neutralize every form of demonic interference.
Solutions to Manipulation
According to Dr. Okafor, the ultimate safeguard against manipulation is a disciplined prayer life and total commitment to the things of God. Such spiritual alignment ensures that no demonic influence can infiltrate a believer’s path.
