Photographer Sue Tuface, Wife, Request For 120million

There are reports making the rounds that award winning Nigerian singer, Innocent 2Baba Idibia and his wife are to face the law for allegedly infringing on the rights of a photographer that took their traditional wedding photos.

According to reports by Channels TV, in a suit which was filed before Justice Mohammed Idris, a certain photographer named Emmanuel Okolo, sued the couple for N120 million copyright infringement ,for allegedly using photographs he took of them at their traditional wedding in Uyo, Akwa Ibom State in 2013, without giving him credit as the owner of the photos.

According to Emmanuel some days after the wedding, Annie contacted him and asked for the photographs which he immediately sent to her. Upon receiving his photos, he said Annie complained about his watermark on the photos and asked that they be removed. He said Annie sent Antonio Anifite to negotiate with him.
He claims that he immediately released the photos to Antonio free of charge with the understanding that when it will be uploaded on Tuface’s personal website, he will be duely credited. Emmanuel says he was surprised to find out that when the photos where uploaded, 148 out of the 355 high resolution photographs he took were uploaded without his watermark on them.

On that note, he claimed to have suffered general and exemplary damages which he is seeking 120 million Naira compensation from the celebrity couple.

In a swift contrast to the claims of Emmanuel, there was a counter suit filed by the Idibia’s claiming N150 million in damages, they said the photographer was never invited to take photos at their wedding, that he was just one of the many uninvited photographers who came to their wedding to make some money via photography.

The Idibia’s in their suit, say that after their wedding, they noticed strange copies of their wedding photos in circulation with Emmanuel’s studio watermark on them and after finding out they were taken by him, they approached him, expressing their displeasure. He apologized and also forced the photos on the Idibia’s, saying he wants them to use it so he can leverage on their popularity.

They however made him understand that the only way they will use the photos was for his watermarks to be completely removed. This he allegedly agreed to. The Idibia’s say they were shocked when after uploading the photographs, he wrote a pre-litigation letter to them demanding that his watermarks be boldly inscribed across the photographs and a letter of apology.

Apostolic Ascension 95: Prophet Hezekiah Oladeji to Host Historic Gathering at Babalola Prayer Mountain

Thousands of worshippers, ministers, and revival seekers are expected to converge on the historic Apostle Joseph Ayo Babalola Prayer Mountain in Efon-Alaaye, Ekiti State, as the Christ Apostolic Church (CAC) prepares for the 95th edition of the annual Apostolic Ascension.

The spiritual gathering, scheduled to hold from March 16 to March 20, 2026, is themed “Our Sure Inheritance As It Was Given To Our Fathers.” The event commemorates the legacy of the renowned revivalist, Joseph Ayo Babalola, whose ministry ignited one of the most remarkable Christian revivals in Nigeria’s history.

At the center of this year’s gathering is the host, Hezekiah Oluboye Oladeji, the fifth General Evangelist of Christ Apostolic Church. Widely known for his deep prophetic insight and fervent prayer ministry, Oladeji is expected to lead believers into a season of intense spiritual encounters at the sacred mountain.

Born on February 13, 1967, in Osun State, Oladeji joined the church in 1983 after what he describes as a miraculous healing experience that marked the turning point of his life. Since then, he has dedicated his ministry to prayer, deliverance, and revival, becoming widely respected as a “prophet of prophets” within the Pentecostal movement.

His ministry is known for extended prayer sessions, prophetic declarations, and teachings centered on holiness, divine intervention, and freedom from spiritual bondage. Over the years, he has shared several testimonies of supernatural encounters experienced at the revered prayer mountain founded through the ministry of Joseph Ayo Babalola.

Church leaders say the Apostolic Ascension remains one of the most spiritually significant gatherings in the CAC calendar, drawing believers from across Nigeria and abroad.

Also expected to minister during the five-day revival are prominent ministers including Prophet Ayo Daniel, Prophet M.O. Adio, and Prophet Timothy Olatunbosun Igbalajobi, who will join Oladeji in leading sessions of prayer, worship, and prophetic ministration.

The President of the church, Samuel Oladele, is also expected to grace the event as believers gather to reflect on the spiritual heritage passed down by the fathers of the faith.

Organisers say the gathering will feature morning, afternoon, evening, and night prayer sessions, aimed at rekindling revival and reconnecting believers to the covenant heritage of the church.

“This is not just another conference,” organisers said. “It is a return to the altar of the fathers, where the covenant continues to reproduce itself.”

Believers have been urged to attend the revival at Apostle Joseph Ayo Babalola First Prayer Mountain, Efon-Alaaye, Ekiti State, to seek divine encounter and spiritual renewal.

Nigerian prophet, prophet Godwin Ikuru of Jehovah Eye Salvation Ministry, Lagos magnetized everyone’s attention when he referred to the president, Bola Ahmed Tinubu as the wisest man on earth regarding the appointment of Daniel Bwala as special Adviser on policy communications.

Speaking to reporters today in Lagos,

Prophet Ikuru applauded the president for choosing him and enunciated that he’s capable of delivering effectively and marketing the Renewed Hope Agenda of the president and urged Nigerians to stop the criticism because of what he said in the past “I’m personally happy with his appointment and I urge Nigerians to forget about the past, forget about what he must have said about the president some years ago which people are now disseminating on the social and taunting him a betrayal that lacks integrity, Nigerians should forget his past because he’s the best choice”.

Prophet Ikuru insisted that Bwala saw the sincerity and genuity of the president’s Renewed Hope Agenda and he decided to partake in it “even if he criticized the president, it was in the past, he saw the sincerity in the Renewed Hope Agenda and decided to join in nation building ,the president is ready to unite everyone in order to build Nigeria,that’s why someone like Wike is in his government,Bwala has what it’s required to be successful under Mr.president, as a wise man, the president saw it and decided to harness it ”

Finally, he praised Tinubu and referred to him as a great leader who is ready to involve everyone in his government, he maintained that his wisdom is magnanimous ,Baba is truly the wisest man on earth.
