2 decomposing human hands, other Items paraded by Lagos State command

Two suspected criminal ,Adesiji Oluwatobi ‘m’ aged 44, and Oluwafemi Osoja ‘m’ aged 26, who specializes in disguising as passenger to rob Uber driver and snatching their vehicle at gunpoint within Lagos state have been arrested.
The commissioner of Police said that the command made arrests of no fewer than 40 suspects in the last one month who committed different crimes.
CP Idowu Owohunwa, who was represented by the Public Relations Officer, SP Benjamin Hundeyin disclosed this while parading the suspects at the Police Officers Mess, GRA, Ikeja,
According to him, all of these cases were successfully recorded through our new method of the state command of cracking down the notorious activities of armed men.
Items recovered were a total of eight (8) arms, sixteen (16) live ammunition, six (7) vehicles, , two(2) axes, nine (9) generators, seven (7) TVs, two , two (2) knives, one (1) home theater, twenty-seven (27) phones,1 bag parboiled rice harddrugs and decomposing human hands.”
Others arrest made by ‘credible intelligence’ were some Aiye group of boys that terrorising Ikorodu and it’s environs were arrested Ridwan Akibu ‘m’ aged 28, Farouk Kareem ‘m’ aged 22 and Damilare Ige ‘m’ aged 30. The command said that the suspects confessed to being active members of Aiye Confraternity and also involved in the killing of rival cult group members and innocent residants during cult related clashes and the arrest of a wanted notorious and deadly kidnapper, Shokki Ebis aka Nero ‘m’ aged 33yrs with one locally made gun and one live cartridge.
The suspect who escaped from cell three years ago also confessed to be a member of a kidnapping syndicate terrorising Ikorodu down to Redeem Christian Church of God back gate in Ogijo area of Ogun state, according to the PRO.
A 75 years old grandma also was paraded and alleged of keeping stolen items for the criminals; three suspects who killed an elderly couple and made away with their money and other valuables , Monday Alfred ‘m’ aged 32 and Laitan Apanpa aka Emir ‘m’ aged 34 for unlawful possession of two decomposing human hands and other dangerous weapons.
Four armed robbers that carried attacks on residents of Jokogbola Estate, Agbede area, Ikorodu were caught and handed over to the police ,Saobanor Adesina ‘m’ aged 18, Boluwatife Oluwapelumi ‘m’ aged 23 and Idowu Oluwapelumi ‘m’ aged 20
All suspects will be charged to court immediately after investigation, CP Idowu Owohunwa, assured Lagos residents that the command “would continue to do everything operationally possible to ensure that crime and criminality is brought to the barest minimum in the State.”
