Atiku Suffers Another Loss In US As Chicago Varsity Backs Tinubu’s Records

The Presidential candidate of the PDP, Atiku, has again suffered another monumental loss in his bid to discredit President Tinubu’s credentials.

The PDP stalwart had instituted several law suits in the US challenging the authenticity of Tinubu’s academic records and that of his gender status.

In a recent development in the ongoing legal tussle, counsel to the Chicago State University, Michael Hayes has come out to rubbish Atiku Abubakar’s frivolous proceedings.

In his appearance before the court on Tuesday, September 12th, 2023, Michael Hayes told Judge Jeffrey T. Gilbert of the United States District in Chicago that President Bola A. Tinubu in fact graduated from the school in 1979 and that in his application for admission to the school he stated that he was a ‘Male’.

It was gathered that based on the overwhelming evidence that was presented to them, Atiku’s lawyers, in open court, moved away from their earlier contentions that Asiwaju did not attend Chicago State University to challenging the genuineness of the Diploma Certificate that Asiwaju submitted to INEC in June, 2022.

The University’s lawyer said that the school does not keep copies of Diploma certificates which they consider a ceremonial paper (he said many schools in the US don’t keep them). He however confirmed the authenticity of the information contained in the Ceremonial Certificate.
