EKITI 2018: WHY WE SHOULD NOT JOKE WITH TB JOSHUA’S PROPHETIC WARNING

P
The messy controversy  over alleged falsification of result and public display of powers between the leading gladiators in the just concluded Ekiti gubernatorial election on Saturday, July 14th,2018 is a sharp reminder of the prophetic Voice of Pro.  TB Joshua where he warned Nigerians to pray in order to avert interruption of our democracy.
The unfortunate incident in Ekiti is a litmus test of what to expect in 2019 nationally unless there is urgent intervention.
That Fayemi won the election is no longer news but if his emergence truly reflect the wish of Ekiti indigenes is the major bone of contention.
Sadly, Coalition of observer groups and Civil Society Organisations that observed and monitored the Saturday July 14th Governorship elections in Ekiti State have condemned the announcement of the All Progressives Congress APC candidate John Kayode Fayemi as the winner of the elections.
In a press statement, the group said the election does not reflect what they saw on ground and it will open up on the true findings coming Wednesday 18th July 2018 with details of the malpractices that greeted the election.
The Coalition in a press statement signed by its contact persons Comrade Haruna Farouk and Nze Adachi Okoro said it was regrettable that the Independent national Electoral Commission as well as the security agencies could be used to short change the people of the state the way they did on the day of the elections.
The Coalition said it has gathered evidence that will show how the election was massively rigged describing the situation as a sad moment for democracy in the country. “We have evidences of election malpractices where a particular party in connivance with security personnel went about inducing electorates with cash and coercing them to snap the ballot papers in order to receive cash gifts from the agents of the party in question.
“The level of intimidation that occurred during the elections on Saturday was disheartening and shouldn’t be allowed to stand in modern day Nigeria. We witnessed a situation where loyalists of the Peoples Democratic Party PDP and its agents were harassed and intimidated so as to make it difficult for them to participate in the elections. “Other incidence that we recorded will be made open in our findings which will definitely shock Nigerians and expose the conspiracy of INEC, Security and the APC to deprive the people of Ekiti from expressing their constitutional rights.”
The Coalition called on the international community to condemn what it called the ‘political terrorism’ that took place against the people of Ekiti state on Saturday stressing that their voice against the actions of the Federal Government, INEC and Security agents will help put pressure on the government to do the right thing.
Another teaser being shared on social media states :
. Ekiti2018
So the loser with only 4 LGAs produced 178,121;
Then the winner with 12 LGAs managed to rack up only 197,459 votes?
INTERESTING…
In Lenin’s mathematics: It is not those who vote that count, but those who count the votes that decide the outcome.
The point must be made. What happened in Ekiti is a total falsification of the results.
Despite the widespread cases of vote buying, PDP still won the election but INEC, political thugs and security agents colluded to change the verdict of Ekiti people and the mandate of PDP.
This is unprecedented and very unfortunate that this is happening in 2018 and may still happen in 2019 in proper steps are not taking against Buhari/APC, INEC/Nigerian Security Agents.

Elections can never be free nor fair, that of Ekiti is the worst robbery in elections.

Truth be told,   if what played out in Ekiti is a reflection of what to expect in 2019,   then the words of TB Joshua should not be taken lightly that the Future of this country is crying for help.

It would be recalled that prophet T.B. Joshua of The Synagogue Church Of All Nations (SCOAN) in Lagos called for urgent prayers for Nigeria against “interruption of the democratic practice” in the nation.

Speaking to congregants days ago in a service beamed live via the Christian television network Emmanuel TV, the cleric stated he had received a revelation concerning Nigeria on three different occasions, prompting him to make it public.

“I was in my vision and God told me to tell the nation and leaders to pray against the interruption of the democratic practice,” he revealed.

“The president’s heart is like a stream of water in the hands of God and He can control it whenever He wants,” he continued in his customary parabolic fashion.

Joshua then reminded congregants of the ‘prophecy’ he gave in 2016 where he candidly stated Nigeria’s future was“crying for help”.

“You must join me in prayer for the nation because two believers are better than one,” he stressed before enjoining congregants to rise and pray.

Worshippers then joined Joshua in asking for God to give President Muhammadu Buhari and Nigeria’s leaders “a greater understanding of God’s heart, discretion to guide their hearts, understanding that will protect them and wisdom that will rescue them”.
