Jubilation as Ex-Reps member, Adekoya Abdel-Majid turbaned as Saraki Adeen of Ago-Iwoye Muslim Community

Turbaning is a ceremony in Nigeria culture, in which someone is formally installed in a new position of power or traditional importance in the community.
There was wild jubilation in Ago-Iwoye area of Ogun state as former deputy minority whips, Federal House of Representatives, Rt. Hon. Adesegun Abdel-Majid Adekoya was turbanned as “Saraki—Adeen” of Ago—Iwoye Muslim Community, today Saturday 5th of August, 2023.
The installation was done in the country home of the former house of Representatives member, Rt Hon. Adesegun Abdel-Majid Adekoya by the Ago-Iwoye Muslim Community situated in the same town.
The purpose of handpicking Rt. Hon. Adesegun Abdel-Majid Adekoya fondly called Attacker among other important personalities who are sons of Ago-Iwoye was born out of his selfless service to his immediate community and Nigeria as a country.
Dignitaries were present to rally support for the messiah of our time today in what looks like a heroic welcome for the distinguish honorable in the presence of mammoth crowd jubilating to welcome their own son in Ago-Iwoye, Ogun State.
Adekoya, during his tenure as a member of the federal house of representatives, he effectively moved and sponsor people’s oriented motions at the floor of the house which yielded positively in transforming Ijebu North, Ijebu East and Ogun Waterside to mega city.
His empowerment program are too enormous to be mentioned in the area of human capital and youth development, infrastructure and social amenities across Ijebu North, Ijebu East and Ogun Waterside and beyond.
Indeed, his benevolent spirit has earned him several awards local and internationally from groups, association and corporate bodies to appreciate his kind gesture to humanity.
