Mandate Group Congratulates Sanwo-Olu, Says Second Term Will Be On Sustainability Path
As Governor Babajide Olusola Sanwo-Olu takes second term oath of office, the Chairman of The Mandate Movement, Abdullahi Ayinde Enilolobo, has described his first four years as a reaffirmation that he enjoys a deep-rooted confidence of the people.
Enilolobo, in his statement issued by Prince Adewale Arogundade, a chieftain of the group, urged Sanwo-Olu to continue on the path of sustainability.
He pledged that the governor will keep to his promises made to the people during electioneering campaigns, noting that the governor had conscientiously served the people of Lagos State with all sincerity of purpose, and fear of Allah.
He maintained that infrastructural development, social welfare and well-being, educational and human capital development, youth empowerment, and agriculture, as well as security, were on course.
His words, “On behalf of the leadership, stakeholders and members of The Mandate Movement, I felicitates with His Excellency Governor Babajide Olusola Sanwo-Olu on the occasion of his swearing in ceremony to pilot the affairs of Lagos State for yet another four years.
“The last four years, Lagosians have complemented the Governor’s effort towards the implementation of lofty initiatives and T.H.E.M.E.S agenda.
“Other various initiatives have been yielding bountiful results, and our productive governor had ensured that no sector was being developed at the detriment of others,” Enilolobo submitted.
While reiterating the administration’s efforts on pensions, gratuity, education, security, sports, and culture, he assured the people of the state to expect more from the Sanwo-Olu/Hamzat led government.
He called on all Lagosians irrespective of political affiliation, religion, tribe, norms, and values to join hands with the administration.
