Opinion: How Primate Ayodele’s Prophecies Played Out In Just Concluded Bye-Elections

The much anticipated by-elections in Nigeria has held yesterday Saturday, 5th of December, 2020 and the results are already getting declared by the Independent national electoral commission.

In Lagos, the candidate of the All progressive congress (APC), Tokunbo Abiru was declared winner after defeating the PDP Candidate, Babatunde Gbadamosi in a land slide victory.

In Bayelsa, the PDP candidate, Seriake Dickson was declared winner of the election after defeating other candidates in the election.

In Imo state, there is a strange situation over there as INEC declared the APC winner of the election but could not return a particular candidate because the party had two candidates that partook of the election, and court orders have sacked both of them from being candidate of the party.

Meanwhile, popular prophet, Primate Elijah Ayodele has made some prophecies about these elections months before they were conducted.

For Lagos, Primate Ayodele had said that He foresees the candidate of the APC, Tokunbo Abiru becoming victorious in the election. This was posted on some credible news platforms.

For Bayelsa too, Primate Ayodele stated that the candidate of the PDP, Seriake Dickson will emerge as the winner.

For Imo, Primate Ayodele stated that the candidate of the PDP, Emmanuel Okewulonu will becoming winner of the election if there is no rigging and manipulations by the ruling party.

In Imo especially, it was very evident and obvious that manipulations will take place judging by the situation of things especially in the APC. Infact, at the moment INEC is confused on who to give the victory to because in the face of the law, the party had no candidate in the just concluded elections.

His prophecy also said ‘If there is no rigging’, looking at how about 34 polling units were cancelled in the election, ballot snatching as alleged by the candidate  of the PDP, Is this not enough to lay claims of rigging?

The imo state by-election has ended, the court has lots of decision to make, and if the PDP can give it all it takes, they can claim victory on the ground that APC had no candidate in the election.
