Revealed How Ex-Gov Yari And Gang Are Allegedly Bent On Making Zamfara State Ungovernable For Gov. Matawalle- The intrigues that surrounded the emergency of Governor Bello Matawalle of Zamfara State in 2019 changed the political landscape of the gold rich state.

Since Governor Matawalle became the governor and ended the reign of ex-governor Yari who has perfected plans to impose his stooge in the affairs of the state, security issues has been a major challenge of the state.

An insider who pleased anonymity indicated that the issue of banditry arose because of the lacklustre performance of the successive administrations in the state and became worse during the regime of the former Governor Abdulaziz Yari that he had to relocate from the state to Abuja, thereby abandoning Zamfara citizens to their fate.

The insider also pointed to the fact that ex-governor Yari who was recently grilled by the EFCC over alleged criminal diversion of state funds while in office to the tune of N22.5 billion diverted from the coffers of the state is bent on making the State ungovernable for Governor Matawalle.

If such money had been ploughed back into the state, it could have helped to boost the economy and create opportunities for the teeming population in Zamfara State who are allegedly at the receiving end of bad governance over the years the insider alleged.

The position of Matawalle’s administration is very clear which is a carrot and stick approach to the dialogue and peace process. Those who refuse to accept the peace process and those who renege on it are squarely being faced with the wrath of the state’s operation Hadarin Daji.

So, with APC’s continuous use of media to run fake kidnapping rumours, altering of abductees numbers, fake release news and propaganda, the good people of Zamfara state have now known that zamfara state APC are only antagonising the present administration of governor Bello Muhammad matawalle not for people’s sake but for their own selfish interest and attempt to come back to continue with the  looting of public resources as they are used to.

The insider also said, “Zamfara State APC main objective is to disrupt governor Bello Muhammad Matawalle’s administration so as to stop the live’s changing programs that will better the live of every citizens of Zamfara State.”

“Any time bandits decided to drop their arms to embrace peaceful coexistence, Zamfara State APC will be in disarray. But with the recent successful operations of the security outfits in conjunction with the State Government, nemesis has caught up with the APC Zamfara State chapter, as the more attempt made by the them to undermine the present administration of Governor Bello Muhammad Matawalle, the more acceptance and more public sympathy the present government gets from the citizen.
